I managed to get "first light" for my new ASI 174MM camera. The contions were poor and I only managed o capture enough data for a couple of shots (these are located in the Solar section). You can see the comparison of the ASI sensore to my old Chameleon camera below....it's a much larger sensor which will allow a much bigger area to be captured. it's also screaming fast- up to 130 FPS at 1936 x 1216! My hard disk in the observatory PC can't keep up, so I needed a new SSD drive (when will the spending ever stop???).
